Dr. Burton
Dr. Bethany Burton is a general dentist who provides comprehensive dental care for adults and children throughout Jacksonville. She completed her undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University and received her DMD at the University of Kentucky.
Following dental school, Dr. Burton attended Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH to complete a general practice residency where she received an IV sedation certification. Dr. Burton is an active member of The American Dental Association, Jacksonville Dental Society, Northeast District Dental Association, and The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Burton is interested in preventative and restorative dentistry, as well as oral surgery and IV sedation. Providing the best care possible is her number one priority, and her advanced training has helped her to treat her patients in a relaxing and safe manner. Dr. Burton has also received advanced training in implant dentistry with Resnik Implant Institute. She is passionate about people and believes that all patients should feel at ease during dental care.
Dr. Burton is a born-and-raised Kentucky girl who grew up on a dairy farm. She attributes her accomplishments to her rural upbringing and the love of her family. She met Cole Washington, her husband and Jacksonville Native, at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. In January 2024 they were blessed with their son, Benjamin. Their family is completed with a fur baby, a black goldendoodle named Bee.
